Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

• To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.

 

Cancellation Policy

• The 25% deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 61 days before the arrival date.

• The 25% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs 60 days or less before the arrival date.

 

Children & Infants Policy

• Children are welcome and count as full-paying guests. No special pricing or discounts apply.

• Infants (aged 0 to 2 years) are welcome free of charge and are not included in the total guest count.

• A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

 

Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: 15:00 (3:00 PM)

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

-Offline Credit Card Payment

• Your credit card details are securely transmitted via SSL encryption and are split into two separate segments for enhanced security.

• Credit card details are stored safely along with the cardholder’s information until:

  • The end of your stay

  • Up to 30 days after your departure

• All credit card information is deleted no later than 3 months after your departure, provided all payments are complete and settled.
